How do I qualify as an "Active Member"?

To become an Active Member eligible for home selection, you must reach a minimum investment portfolio threshold — through a lump sum or monthly contributions.

When are dividends distributed?

Dividends are calculated quarterly based on rental income of the property portfolio, and typically credited to your account balance on the 15th of the month following the quarter's end.

Can I withdraw my investment?

Yes, with a waiting period. Because funds are invested in real estate, withdrawals are processed quarterly — please submit a request at least 45 days prior to quarter end.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept ACH bank transfers (no fee) and major credit/debit cards (a small processing fee applies). You can manage payment methods in the member portal.
